We walked around the temple grounds and took a few photos, and then we went inside the visitor's center. It was such a neat experience for all of us, and Aiden loved it. I think he could really feel the spirit, and he knew it was a special place.

He's learned recently about Jesus being crucified, and when he sees the picture of Jesus on the cross he gets sad. It's neat being able to teach him more about Jesus and about the gospel. At the visitor's center we went in and saw the Christus (the statue of Christ) and we showed Aiden the prints in his hands and feet. We had recently read about him appearing to the Nephites, and let them touch his hands and feet, and it was cool to show Aiden what exactly the scriptures were talking about, and see him starting to understand.
The sister missionaries at the Visitor's Center LOVED Aiden of course, and they showed us around the different attractions of the visitor's center. It was a really neat way to spend the Sabbath.
