St. Patrick's Day, and Lions Back

Our trip to Moab was full of adventures. The plan was, Aiden and Gramma were
going to go up into the hills and bury a treasure...to be dug up and "discovered" at a later date.

It took four different days, four different trips up into the hills to get the job done,
till eventually it was St. Patricks day. The leprechauns had been playing tricks on us all day,
so it wasn't a huge shock when we went up into the hills to finish burying the treasure and
we discovered the leprechauns had beat us to it.
They buried our treasure, and stuck a big green flag in the ground where they put it.

He was a little surprised, but not really. He was almost expecting a trick, since it
was St. Patty's day and all.

After we made our discovery, we headed up the hill to see what other adventures could be had.
We hiked to the top of the hill, then to the top of the next hill after that.
After we got as high as we could, we started going down the other side of the hill.

We found some trails to follow, so we did. We followed the trails, crossed under some fences,
and found some more trails. We walked and walked.

Pretty soon, we were standing near the bottom of Lion's Back.
So we decided to climb up it.

I sent Aiden up first, and he pooped out pretty quick :)

My mom joined him, and he rallied pretty quick.
It was SO windy. And the higher we got up off the ground, the harder the wind blew.

When we got near the top, and we were afraid we might get blown away,
we found ourselves a pot hole to snuggle in, and called for a ride home.

Cause we were done.

I NEED COPIES!! Especially of us snuggling in the pot hole and the one of us holding hands. So sweet :)
